What is Prana Vashya Yoga? The price for a class vary depending on the place and a duration of a class. All the classes which have mark *** in the schedule are for 150 CZK per 90 minutes (or 100 CZK in case of shorter 60 minutes). If the class don't have this mark, the price is different and can be found at the web pages of particular yoga studio we provide class at. If you are complete beginner in yoga, please try "Prana Vashya Yoga - introduction" classes, where you will get proper overview about the practice. The other classes are focused on intermediate students or students who have their own daily practice at home. Bring along some comfortable clothes, yoga pad (if you have some) and good mood if possible :) Classes we provide
It is necessary to practice on empty stomach, so please do not eat less than 2 hours before the practice (or more if necessary). After the practice, it is good to wait another 20-30 minutes with the first meal in order to maximize the effect from the practice. Please, do not drink during the practice. When to avoid yoga practice? Prana Vashya Yoga is inteded for people who have no serious health issues, it is necessary to avoid it in case of high blood pressure, obesity, glaukoma, health problems with inner organs, pregnancy etc.It should not be practiced in case of infectious diseases. In addition, it is necessary to modify the practice if there are some problems related to joints, like arthitis, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, sciatica, disc hernia etc. The same applies to recent injuries and traumas (shoulders, knees, wrists etc.). In all these conditions, it is necessary to consult the situation with both the doctor and yoga teacher in order to avoid some particular asanas. |
